Cousins

I love the feelings that radiate out of a photograph and I am grateful for the ability to freeze a moment in time. A little shot of life that could otherwise be forgotten. I love photographs that aren't posed and aren't taken in a studio. Ones that have a story to tell. The kind of pictures that speak loudly to you whether you know the subject matter well or not at all.

I love that my cousin Sarah has the ability to capture such pictures for us.

Gracie doesn't get to see Jake and Hannah as much as I would like. Busy lives and miles hamper the frequency of our visits. Some how it doesn’t matter and it’s very charming to watch them interact when they do see each other. It's easy, it's real, and it always makes me smile.
